Our Commitment to Our Clients
The Roswell K-9 Ranch is committed to providing quality care and attention to your pets during their stay at the K-9 Ranch. “Catering to Today's Dogs” means providing individual attention to each dog's medical and physical needs (this also includes cats). Many pets have special needs (medications, etc.) which the K-9 Ranch will try to accommodate without additional charges.

Dogs are social animals who enjoy the companionship of people as well as other dogs. We match compatible personalities and supervise interaction to ensure a positive experience for all while our guests enjoy exercising in the grassy play area.

Those who are not too keen on the company of other dogs go out for a supervised romp while others rest.

Extra attention is given to guests who find it hard to be away from home and all our hairy friends get pats and hugs throughout the day so they know they are with people who love them.

Soothing music is played 24 hours a day.

We have a cat-friendly room where your cat has a whole room with plenty of places to jump or hide-two things cats love to do. There is a large picture window for viewing the world go by.

The Roswell K-9 Ranch “Board of Directors” continually monitors our services. The “Board” is comprised of two dachshunds ("Ginger" and "Tiffany"), one chiweiner ("Cowboy"), one long haired rescued chihuahua ("Jennie"), and two cats ("Porsche" and "Tippy-Toes") whose offices are at home. These “Directors” regularly evaluate our quality standards and help the management team develop the most pleasant environment for our pet guests by carefully following the suggested Animal Shelter Standards of New Mexico.
